We are very pleased to be back and bring you details of our 90th Scottish Salon, which will have three print sections – Monochrome, Colour and Nature. This is one of only two events in Scotland still providing for print workers around the world, the other being the Edinburgh International.

This is an International competition culminating in an exhibition of photographic expertise which has received international recognition, for a number of years, from both the ‘Federation lnternationale de l’Art Photographique’ and the ‘Photographic Society of America’.
The 90th Scottish International Salon of Photography 2013 is conducted under the approved rules of the Photographic Society of America and the patronage of the Federation Internationale de l’art Photographique (2013/077). Up to 79 Awards will be presented.

Completion of our online Entry Form is preferred.
Annually we have seen work submitted from approximately, fifty-two Countries around the World. The accepted entries are exhibited to the general public, for two to three weeks during May/June. A catalogue is also produced and sent to all of the entrants (FIAP 3 star rating).
There is a tremendous amount of work in putting on an Annual event of this size, and unfortunately the Scottish Salon fell into abeyance for a few years after running its 89th Exhibition in 2008.
We are indebted to those who have offered their services to allow this event to come back with its 90th Scottish International Salon in 2013.
